Using Eyecandy 4000 (Needed!)
And Blade Pro (Optional)

(picture, hook and gold preset)

Open the image in PSP.
Open the layer palette
Right click ON the Layer, Promote to layer.

Add A Layer.
The Oval will be on a separate layer.

Click on the Selection Tool, Ellipse,
ANTIALIAS CHECKED (here it shows not, that's wrong)
Select the oval 'egg' type area you want.

Click on Images, Plugins, Eyecandy 4000
Bevel Boss

This is the setting I used.

The effect is Button

You should end up with something like this.
Click on Layer 1 (Background layer)
Click on Selections, Contract, 2 pixels.
