Your  Stars

This tutorial uses the filters
Universe,  LunarCell
star and tubes.

Open a new image I used 400x400

Fill
 layer1 with black

Use the Universe filter to add stars to the black background

This is the setting I used.

Open the Layer Palette


Add a layer

With layer2 active (Blue)
Open the filter LunarCell

This is the setting I used.
