Inside-Out
Frame
(The graphics aren't as
clear as I like
but I want to keep the loading time down.)
Open a picture you like.
PSP 6
Click Image, picture Frames
pick one you like.
PSP5 users...
Selections, Select all,
Selections, Modify, contract,
20 (depends on your graphic)
INVERT,
select a color from the picture,
bucket fill.
Use EyeCandy or
an
inner bevel to add a frame effect.
OR
I had some frames saved from some sites I have visited.
Open a frame, copy and paste to you picture. Use the
deformation tool to move
the frame you made
into your desired position.
Click APPLY on the tool palette.
Move the slider
bar on the layer palette
down to about 67.
(Note: as shown
later, I added a shadow to the frame here)
ZOOM IN!
Erase the parts that you don't want.
To better see
your picture,
Click WINDOW, New window.
this will give you a better
view of what you are erasing.
See?
When you are done move the slider
bar back to 100%.
Here is the
result.
(Shadow added)
Save.
to make into a stationery,
add borders,
UNCLICK SYMMETRIC.
Put a zero in all the boxes
except, right. Make that 1024.
(Minus the width of your picture)
This picture is 412 wide,
I added a border of 812.
