Glare Plug-in

Here is the demo. Just unzip it to your plug in folder.
It will work for 15 days.

This filter changes the light in the image. 
You can get some great effects with this plug-in.

Right click to save this image.

Open it in PSP. Then open the glare plugin.

You can adjust the slider bars or 
click on the random icon (the dice) 
as I did.

If you find one you like and want to keep,
click on the blue icon to save the settings.
The red icon loads pre-saved settings.
Name it. Click Save. Ok
