Click on the text icon.
move the icon over the vector line until
you see the rocker image, circled below, and click.
This means you have selected the vector line for the text to follow.
Add your text.
BE SURE the Create as option has FLOATING checked.
Notice the text follows the line.
Click on and Delete the Vector Circle
Move the text where you want it.
Selections/Select none.
Give the dolphin and text a shadow.
