The first frame I want to stay visible longer than the others,
so...Right click on the frame (here the first one)

and click on Properties

Change the delay time here.
250 is 2 and 1/2 sec.
Be sure to have only the one cell active or all the times will be changed.
Also you can click on comment and add your name or website address
to show YOU made this. :)

This animation has wasted space. Click on the crop too.
When you crop one frame they all crop the same.
Be sure you get all your animation!

File/Save As/ and give it a name.

You should end up with something like this.
