Paste the fairy frame after each other until you get 12 frames.

click on the circle text image. CTRL A to select all the frames. Copy
Then click on the fairy image. CTRL A to select all 12 frames.
Click on the Paste into selected Frames icon.

Position the text in place. I have mine just before and above the fairy.
Test the animation to make sure your text moves the way you want it.

Open an image, add your text for the center of the circle. Crop.
Click on the marker icon. Click on the fairy/circle image.
Click here you think the center text should be to set the marker.

Copy the small text image. CTRL A to select all the fairy/circle frames.
Then click on the propagate icon

And paste the text into the first frame.
 It will copy it's self to all the other selected frames.
Right click and set the time to about 20 for each frame.

You should end up with something like this.
